The Opportunity:

Bajo estrecha supervisión, realiza una variedad de funciones que incluyen fabricación, ensamblaje o pruebas en la producción de componentes/dispositivos eléctricos, mecánicos u otros, fabricados o ensamblados en un entorno de sala limpia. Opera el equipo adecuado para llevar a cabo dichas funciones. Ayuda en la instalación de estaciones de trabajo y sigue especificaciones de procesos escritas o verbales para completar todas las tareas asignadas.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO (En orden de importancia)

  • Responsable de la construcción, limpieza y empaquetado de diversos ensamblajes de un solo uso conforme a los Registros de Procesos de Ingeniería (EPR), planos y Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP)

  • Usar el equipo de protección personal (EPP) adecuado y reportar todos los incidentes de cuasi accidente y primeros auxilios.

  • Responsable de seguir los protocolos de sala limpia y las cGMP para mantener un entorno ISO Clase 7.

  • Participar activamente en el proceso de mejora continua y seguir los procedimientos adecuados de control de cambios.

  • Escalar posibles desviaciones de proceso y/o producto para prevenir desperdicio, retrabajo y devoluciones de clientes.

  • Mantener la organización diaria (6S) y limpieza del área de trabajo y áreas comunes.

  • Contribuir a la precisión del inventario devolviendo correctamente las piezas y componentes no utilizados al almacén en bolsas selladas con número de parte y trazabilidad de lote.

  • Participar y trabajar bajo las directrices de los estándares de calidad ISO 9001:2015 en todas las áreas de manufactura, de acuerdo con los objetivos de calidad de la empresa.

  • Cumplir con los cronogramas internos de producción que aseguran la entrega puntual.

  • Completar y firmar los EPRs por cada operación realizada durante el ensamblaje.

  • Completar los ensamblajes dentro del tiempo asignado en la orden de trabajo.

  • Fomentar la mentalidad de “hacerlo bien a la primera”.

  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

CALIFICACIONES (Educación/Entrenamiento, Experiencia y Certificaciones)

  • Educación secundaria completa o equivalente (GED).

  • 0–2 años de experiencia equivalente en producción en un entorno de sala limpia.


Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Experiencia trabajando en un entorno de sala limpia.

  • Experiencia interpretando planos de ingeniería.

  • Conocimiento de manufactura Lean


CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES (Necesarias para desempeñar el puesto competentemente)
 

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo.

  • Realizar funciones con el mayor respeto por la seguridad y la calidad.

  • Capacidad para ser entrenado y cumplir con todos los protocolos de sala limpia.

  • Capacidad para comprender y seguir protocolos, políticas y procedimientos del sitio.

  • Debe ser flexible, proactivo, motivado y capaz de actuar de manera independiente.

  • Capacidad para levantar un mínimo de 50 libras.

  • Habilidades básicas de computación, incluyendo Microsoft Office con dominio de Word y Excel.

  • Habilidades de resolución de problemas.

Typically works in a production/clean room environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

The associate is required to stand and walk for the majority of the working day. The physical requirements of the job are for associates to talk, hear, bend/stoop, squat, crawl, climb height, reach above shoulder height, crouch, kneel, balance, and push/pull. Furthermore, the job requires associates to lift/carry/push or pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Associates use both hands for repetitive actions such as grasping and manipulating as well as both feet for repetitive movement operating foots controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
