<p>Position Summary<br />You will be a trusted scientific partner for oncology clinicians, researchers and multidisciplinary teams across Taiwan. You will share clear, evidence-based medical information and gather clinical insights that shape local and regional medical strategy. You will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and commercial partners to turn insights into meaningful actions. These responsibilities include some of the following:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain trusted, peer-to-peer relationships with oncologists, hematologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams across Taiwan.</li><li>Share balanced, evidence-based scientific information and clinical data with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collect, analyse and communicate clinical and scientific insights to inform local and regional medical strategy.</li><li>Plan and lead scientific exchange activities such as advisory boards, investigator meetings and local presentations.</li><li>Support clinical research activities, including feasibility, investigator-initiated studies and local collaborations.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to support medical education, patient safety reporting and appropriate clinical practice.</li></ul><p><br />Why You?<br /><br />Work model<br />This is a field-based role in Taiwan with hybrid working elements. You will routinely meet clinicians in person across your assigned territory and use remote tools to collaborate with internal teams. Regular travel across Taiwan and flexible working hours are required.<br /><br />Basic Qualification<br />We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals</p><ul><li>Advanced scientific or clinical degree such as MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent in life sciences.</li><li>Minimum 2 years relevant experience in oncology, onco-hematology, clinical research or medical affairs.</li><li>Experience engaging healthcare professionals and delivering scientific presentations.</li><li>Strong written and spoken Mandarin and good English for scientific communication.</li><li>Able to work independently across an assigned geographic territory and manage priorities.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in Taiwan.</li></ul><p><br />Preferred Qualification<br />If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus</p><ul><li>Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in field-based medical affairs within oncology.</li><li>Direct experience supporting clinical trials, real-world evidence or investigator-initiated research.</li><li>Postgraduate specialist training or additional qualifications in oncology or hematology.</li><li>Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Proven ability to translate scientific insights into actionable medical recommendations.</li><li>Familiarity with the Taiwan oncology landscape, clinical guidelines and key opinion leaders.</li></ul><p><br />What we value<br />We look for people who communicate clearly and kindly.
