Baxter’s Omnichannel Strategy & Enablement Team is growing steadily, and we are looking for an Omnichannel Lead who can help Regional and Cluster/Local Marketing and Commercial teams develop and implement customer-centric multi-/omnichannel strategies that align with business objectives and maximize impact. Leveraging data, AI-powered capabilities, and emerging marketing technologies, you will help scale campaign planning, execution, personalization, and optimization across customer touchpoints. You will be a part of our WEU Commercial Excellence team (ComEx), and report to Head of Omnichannel Strategy & Enablement.
The ideal candidate will have Account Management or Strategic Planning/Consultancy experience from an advertising agency and/or from a global company in Pharma or MedTech preferred. In close collaboration with Regional Marketing Western Europe and Cluster/Country Marketers and Commercial Teams guide, plan, implement and optimize multi/omni channel programs aligned with the overall strategy and business priorities. You will collaboratively develop growth opportunities, manage tactics across projects, and track performance metrics that effectively enhance the customer experience.
In this role you'll get the opportunity to:
Support efforts to leverage segmentation to create personalized cross-promotional opportunities that customers through the funnel while providing value along the way.
Assist with interpretation of customers’ behaviors and collaborate on creative ways to increase revenue.
Evaluate data and translate into business insights to inform strategy across key WEU initiatives.
Keep abreast of the rapidly changing landscape and propose testing plans to ensure we are keeping up with innovations in the industry.
Collaborate across teams to analyze programs performance and make data-driven recommendations to grow audiences and revenues across multiple channels (e.g. website, email, social media etc).
Lead the exploration and adoption of AI and emerging technologies to scale campaign planning, content creation, personalization, audience targeting, and performance optimization across omnichannel programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Digital, and IT teams to evaluate, implement, and promote innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field required.
Solid experience (5+ years) from a similar position, preferably from a digital agency and/or from a global/international B2B company.
Experience growing revenues and measuring impact metrics required.
Experience driving engagement with owned and paid audiences.
Strong analytical skills in data management and reporting software/platforms e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Acoustic etc. Demonstrable ability to interpret secondary analysis and translate into actionable tactics.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing, analytics, and content creation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency preferred.
Strong interest in emerging technologies, digital innovation, and the application of AI to marketing and customer engagement.
Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing marketing technology (MarTech) platforms and automation solutions is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated; able to work independently or within a group setting on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
This positions the role not only as an omnichannel lead but also as someone who will help Baxter scale campaigns through AI, automation, and emerging technologies, which is increasingly becoming a key capability in modern marketing and commercial organizations.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 176 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
