This role ensures that material data is accurate, standardized, compliant, and fit-for-purpose to support business operations such as purchasing and inbound raw materials planning. The Material Master Owner acts as the data decision-maker, setting rules and approving changes, while working closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, IT, and process owners.
Your role:
Acts as the SAP & Planning Systems Local Change Coordinator, managing engineering changes and ensuring proper communication across systems. Coordinates ECNs from Windchill and tracks changes, timelines, and implementation within OMM.
Leads governance of SAP security practices and ensures full compliance with SOX requirements. Supports system integrity by managing SAP releases, aligning users, and maintaining secure and standardized processes.
Coordinates system updates with Power Users, including communication, training, and integration testing activities. Takes ownership of resolving systemic SAP issues to ensure continuity and system performance.
Serves as the SAP Material Master Owner, maintaining accurate and complete material master data for production needs. Prepares templates for new or revised materials and ensures proper communication once updates are completed.
Supports monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement activities including KPI tracking, document retention, and internal audits. Contributes to data analysis, reporting, visualization, and participates in kaizen events and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineer Administrator, Industrial Designer or Related Careers
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, analyze operational and supply chain dat Purchasing, Production Planning, or Materials Planning functions. Advanced SAP proficiency, specifically in inventory, logistics, and materials management.
Your skills include ability to manage projects and drive follow-up on improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level) for analysis and issue resolution.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado Spring, CO is $63,000 to $100,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
