<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p><b>Primary function: </b></p><p></p><p>Responsible for overall supervision of entire Evaporator &amp; dryer operation in the shifts by ensuring  </p><p>  Abbott Standards.</p><p> • Primary purpose of role is to focus on execution and deliver the process BRFT, OEE, PSA &amp; Yield targets.</p><p></p><p><b>Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position: </b></p><p></p><p><b>Major Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Review and update the logbooks &amp; batch records in shift and ensure 100% document compliance.</p><p>•Timely submission of batch records with ensuring zero document errors.</p><p>•Support in raising ER &amp; conducting CAPA.</p><p>•To ensure that all relevant quality records are completed, with sign off where required.</p><p>•To understand the critical control points identified through HACCP and ensure that they are in operation at all times.</p><p>•To assist in the review and update (where necessary) of all work instructions and procedures.</p><p>•Ensuring follow-up actions are taken and closed on time. The line Manager is promptly informed for any delays / issues in CAPA closure.</p><p>•To assume responsibility of improving efficiency, yield targets and quality of overall processing function.</p><p>•Drive the Business Excellence Program and Lean/Sigma continuous improvement initiatives in the department.
