Our mission is to provide reliable, timely, and actionable information that supports safer and healthier outcomes for individuals and communities.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking an <b>Occupational Health Co-ordinator</b> to join our Customer Operations team in our site in <b>Abingdon</b>, Oxfordshire.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What You’ll Do </span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Supplier Management: </b>Source and onboard new suppliers, manage contracts and compliance documentation, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.</li><li><b>Resourcing: </b>Liaise with recruitment agencies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and approve timesheets.</li><li><b>Clinical Team Scheduling: </b>Manage duty rotas, dashboards, and resource allocation in collaboration with the OH Manager.</li><li><b>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding: </b>Coordinate induction plans, equipment setup, compliance checks, and exit processes.</li><li><b>Payroll &amp; Procurement: </b>Raise purchase orders, approve and receipt goods and services.</li><li><b>Administration &amp; Governance: </b>Organize meetings, maintain inventory, review policies and SOPs, handle complaints, support audits, and provide data analysis for client insights.</li><li><b>Data Privacy Compliance: </b>Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR requirements.</li><li><b>Clinical Audit Support: </b>Prepare for audit meetings, liaise with clinicians, and maintain audit records.</li><li><b>Chemist on Call System: </b>Manage pharmacist rotas, system access, and website updates.</li><li><b>Medical Records Management: </b>Oversee secure transfer of medical records and ensure compliance with SOPs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required qualifications/Profile</b></p><ul><li>Excellent command of English language, spoken and written </li><li>High attention to detail, highly organised and articulate </li><li>Process driven to ensure all necessary steps in setting up a new supplier are compliantly followed </li><li>Be a resilient, self-starter who can manage frequent change. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload, effectively communicating via multiple channels. </li><li><span>Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.</span> </li><li><span>Experience of working in a healthcare environment desirable.</span> </li><li><span>Experience of working within a regulated / audited environment (e.g. ISO 9001, CQC registration, RISQS accreditations) desirable.</span> </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Working at Abbott </span></b></p><p></p><p>At Abbott, you can do work that matters, grow, and learn, care for yourself and family, be your true self and live a full life.
