ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 深入理解肿瘤业务战略、市场格局及核心产品，设计交付与之高度协同的培训项目，驱动目标实现；

2. 担任业务顾问角色，通过数据分析实地观察等方式，洞察能力差距与痛点，提供定制化学习发展解决方案；

3. 对管理层进行针对性的业务辅导提升琦团队管理和业务规划能力 深度理解品牌策略的核心目标，结合不同区域市场特性，转化为正确的学术行为标准，建立系统化机制形成结构化洞察，通过后续的赋能和项目识别偏差并校准，敏捷迭代转化

4. 主导销售团队的专业性提升项目，打造行业顶尖的肿瘤领域销售团队

5. 积极探索并应用AI及数字化工具在肿瘤领域赋能中的实践，例如AI链接学习内容、模拟演练、数据分析和洞察生成

6. 领导和支持新产品上市、核心能力转型等项目的全程管理；建立科学的项目评估体系；与跨部门紧密协作整合资源发展策略构建体系
