This role expands patient access beyond public reimbursement through partnerships with hospital leadership, large employers and digital health providers.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>This role is a high-impact, strategic and executional position responsible for shaping and executing strategies to penetrate and scale the market through partnerships with public and private healthcare providers and employer-sponsored healthcare models.</p><p>✅ Develop &amp; Execute a National Strategy</p><p>Map and prioritize hospitals, private clinics, large employers and digital health partners</p><p>Establish and execute a scalable private &amp; employer healthcare strategy aligned with BU objectives</p><p>✅ Engage Hospital Leadership &amp; Healthcare Groups</p><p>Build long-term relationships with hospital management, medical and economic leadership</p><p>Co-create centers of excellence, structured obesity pathways, and integrated care models</p><p>Lead senior-level negotiations with hospital boards and executive management</p><p>✅ Build Employer-Sponsored Healthcare Models</p><p>Develop employer-funded obesity and cardiometabolic disease management programs</p><p>Partner with large employers, HR leadership, benefit platforms, and occupational health providers</p><p>Design employer value propositions that articulate the impact of health benefits on productivity, absenteeism, presenteeism, and long-term employer, employee, and societal cost burden.</p><p>✅ Build Strategic Partnerships &amp; Innovative Business Models</p><p>Develop partnerships with public, private clinic and pharmacy chains, and telemedicine players</p><p>Design innovative patient access, pricing, and value-based partnership models</p><p>Define governance, KPIs, and performance tracking for partners</p><p>✅ Cross-Functional Cooperation &amp; Internal Alignment</p><p>Act as internal partner across Sales, Marketing, Medical, PRA, Legal, and Finance in dedicated product portfolio, together with strong collaborative spirit across these functions.</p><p>Translate external insights into executable strategies and internal capability building</p><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements:</b></p><p><b>• 80% field base </b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree; post-graduate degree or MBA preferred</p><p>• Minimum 5&#43; years of experience in pharma, healthcare, MedTech, market access, or business development</p><p>• Proven experience working with senior management and hospital leadership</p><p>• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to identify external trends</p><p>• Ability to influence a matrix organization and without direct authority</p><p>• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills</p><p>• Native Czech language</p><p>• Fluent English at a professional level</p><p></p><p><b>Additional Skills / Preferences:</b></p><p>&#x1f539; Experience in private healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or insurance environment</p><p>&#x1f539; Proven track record of building and scaling new access or business models</p><p>&#x1f539; Strong understanding of public vs. private healthcare dynamics, together with knowledge of HC system funding in the Czech Republic</p><p>&#x1f539; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred</p><p></p><p>Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
