Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position summary:</b></p><p>This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b> <i>(Detailed Description)</i></p><ul><li><p>Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.</p></li><li><p>Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth. </p></li><li><p>Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain a key account information system to support &amp; monitor performance of dealers</p></li><li><p>Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy</p></li><li><p>Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rate</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular sales performance analysis, forecast, and identify critical issues.</p></li><li><p>Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area</p></li><li><p>At least 4 years’ sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry</p></li><li><p>Proven record in channel management and key account management</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical &amp; Mental Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Excellent problem solving &amp; interpersonal skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Results-oriented with good negotiation &amp; communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong business sense</span></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
