Requirements
Ideally a MINT background; 5-15 years in product development/management, ideally for medical devices; Understand technical language and regulatory processes; Strong communication, leadership, and solution-oriented mindset; Fluency in English; Advanced degree or an MBA and fluency in German are plus points.
