In this critical leadership role within Neural Nexus – AI Data Enablement (AuRA), you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of AI-enabled data foundations and data products that power Amgen’s Commercial and Analytics ecosystem.
You will be accountable not only for platform and delivery outcomes, but also for building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed team, ensuring strong execution rigor, data governance, and measurable business impact.
This role is pivotal in establishing AuRA as a foundational, enterprise-scale AI-ready data platform, while building the team, operating model, and execution discipline required to sustain long-term success.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree with 18+yrs of Industrial experience.
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
