This is a hybrid role of</p><p>sales management and brand and SFE projects – with</p><p>a priority focus on sales team</p><p>• Recruit, train and develop high calibre sales professionals.</p><p>• Coach and develop sales team</p><p>• Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding established sales</p><p>targets and revenue goals.</p><p>• Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand</p><p>the company&#39;s customer base, increase market share, and</p><p>drive revenue growth.</p><p>• Ensure effective account plans, customer segmentation and</p><p>customer coverage</p><p>• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with</p><p>key customers, including healthcare providers, pharmacies,</p><p>and hospitals.</p><p>• Compliance - adhering to all relevant regulations, company</p><p>policies, and ethical guidelines</p><p>• Manage the sales team&#39;s budget, allocating resources</p><p>effectively, and ensuring that expenses are within budget.</p><p>• Fully participate in the product strategy team including</p><p>preparation of brand plans</p><p>• Develop effective multichannel customer engagement</p><p>strategy and supportive materials, in collaboration with wider</p><p>brand team.</p><p>• Take ownership for brand P&amp;Ls with focus on budgeting,</p><p>return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.</p><p></p><p>Person Specification</p><p>• Current experience in Oncology, or specialised</p><p>commissioning treatments – in sales leadership or marketing</p><p>capacity</p><p>• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with</p><p>experience managing a sales team and achieving sales</p><p>targets.</p><p>• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to</p><p>motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the</p><p>ability to build rapport with customers and effectively </p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to</p><p>analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop effective</p><p>sales strategies.</p><p>• Providing training and support to the sales team on product</p><p>knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.</p><p>• Ability to create new concepts and drive the brand vision.</p><p>• Financial knowledge and experience in driving a P&amp;L,</p><p>expansion analysis and sales forecasts.</p><p>• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, disease</p><p>states, and the pharmaceutical industry.</p><p>• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences or</p><p>Business Management / Marketing.</p><p>• ABPI Certification</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
