National Sales Director U.S. Immunology / Dermatology

The National Sales Director will build and lead MoonLake's U.S. field sales organization for the potential launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), subject to regulatory approval.
This founding commercial leadership role is accountable for translating enterprise and brand priorities into disciplined field execution, recruiting and developing high-performing leaders and sellers, establishing performance standards, and creating a consistent national culture built for launch.
The role will partner closely across Commercial, Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Analytics, Training, and Legal/Compliance to remove launch friction, accelerate learning, and adapt execution as market conditions evolve.
