We have a brand-new position available for an experienced National Account Manager to join our Personal Health team based in Melbourne. As the National Account Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic account plans designed to drive sustainable sales, profit growth, and strengthened partnerships across key retail customers.


Your role:

  • Lead, manage, and develop assigned accounts in alignment with company objectives.

  • Oversee full financial performance including P&L ownership, forecasting and optimisation of promotional and trade spend.

  • Develop and execute customer-specific plans that support long-term growth, profit, and enhanced brand visibility.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing customer and company priorities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Analyse and leverage data and insights to identify commercial opportunities and drive timely, meaningful action.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business improvement.


You're the right fit if:

  • You have Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related field or equivalent with at least 5+ year’s experience as National Account Manager or equivalent in a Consumer Goods/FMCG businesses.

  • You will have demonstrated success in managing speciality retailers, department stores and or grocery.

  • Proven commercial and financial acumen with consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets.

  • Strong ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions.

  • Analytical capability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.

  • Proactive mindset with solid planning, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with peers across the commercial team to align and share best practices.
