Job Description Summary
The National Accounts Manager is responsible for growing and protecting GE HealthCare's position within assigned strategic and national accounts. This role drives new orders, develops long-term fleet and account strategies, unlocks competitive conversion opportunities, and serves as the primary customer advocate throughout the sales, installation, adoption, and ongoing account management lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies that support equipment retention, replacement planning, standardization initiatives, and sustainable growth while partnering with local BMH channel representatives to effectively execute account objectives across diverse geographies
- Identify, develop, and close competitive conversion opportunities while leading customers through successful implementation, installation, adoption, and ongoing account management.
- Build executive-level customer relationships and key opinion leader partnerships while fostering strong internal partnerships across the GE HealthCare organization to align customer strategies, expand engagement opportunities, and strengthen long-term account growth.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate, ensuring a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction from initial engagement through installation and ongoing account support.
- Coordinate resources across the broader GE HealthCare organization, including local BMH sales representatives, modality sales teams, service, engineering, product management, clinical, operations, and commercial stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve complex issues, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Use sound business judgment to assess complex customer and market challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and create solutions that drive long-term account retention and growth.
- Travel 20-30% of the time to develop key customer relationships, attend trade shows, and execute strategic account initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of capital equipment, national account, or equivalent healthcare sales experience.
- Demonstrated success winning new business while protecting and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively across matrixed teams and diverse commercial organizations
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve problems and deliver results.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from frontline users through executive leadership
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective working remotely with minimal supervision.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience selling capital equipment within large, complex healthcare organizations or multi-site health systems.
- Proven success leading competitive conversions and supporting customers through equipment installations, workflow transitions, and post-sale adoption.
- Strong executive presence and experience building relationships with C-suite leaders and key opinion leaders.
- Knowledge of bone density, DXA, or the bone and metabolic health market.

- Orders and revenue growth within national accounts.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
