<p></p><p>The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a medical professional with strong scientific and therapeutic area expertise with an essential field-role focused on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with medical experts, key opinion leaders and key stakeholders. MSLs engage in in-depth medical and scientific product or disease area discussions, and presentations in a non-promotional scientific context.</p><p></p><p>The MSL will primarily support the company’s Specialty Franchise collaborating with a cross-functional team to transform the therapeutic context of interest.</p><p></p><p><b><i>Your responsibilities:</i></b></p><p></p><p>This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in oncology, hematology, or other therapeutic areas of interest.</p></li><li><p>Engage with the external community in scientific dialogue to generate insights and advance medical and scientific understanding.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy.</p></li><li><p>Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities for investigator-sponsored, collaborative sponsored, and GSK-sponsored studies.</p></li><li><p>Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with regulations, standard operating procedures, industry practices, and GSK safety guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to GSK policies and procedures for MSL and Medical Affairs, supporting the safe and appropriate use of research compounds and products, and partnering with Medical Affairs areas and the Sales team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Why you?</i></b></p><p></p><p><b><i>Basic Qualifications:</i></b></p><p>We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in health areas</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in oncology field.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in English.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and operations of private insurers, healthcare organizations, the general health council, and local regulatory agencies.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work within matrix teams, influence stakeholders, and align strategies to capitalize on opportunities with external organizations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><i>Preferred Qualifications:</i></b></p><p>If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Medical specialization in oncology is desirable</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Apply now and tell us how your experience and ambitions align with this role.</p><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p></p><p><b>Why GSK?</b></p><p><b>Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.</b></p><p></p><p>GSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
