You lead the MRP and inventory team, support the short and long term production planning, govern planning master data such as Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock parameters,… and control stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials and bulk products.</p><p>Besides managing the MRP team to work as efficient as possible, you collaborate closely with the production planning teams, internal site stakeholders such as Quality Control/Assurance, Warehouse, MSAT and Operations, as well as with external stakeholders such as Global Procurement & Supplier Quality.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Material Requirement Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>End-to-end MRP governance (parameters, lead times, safety stocks, MOQ, rounding, BOM accuracy).</p></li><li><p>Drive PO lead-time adherence.</p></li><li><p>Deliver stable material availability to support the dynamic production and support NPI launches.</p></li><li><p>Escalate material availability risks and Supplier service level issues to Site Leadership and Global Procurement and drive resolution.</p></li></ul><p><b>Inventory Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Support Supply Review Meeting monthly MPC cycle (inventory projections, SLOB review)</p></li><li><p>Manage inventory vs JU/BP/NU targets and proactively deploy corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Govern SLOB prevention, destruction, and reduction initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Review & maintain safety stock parameters aligned to NPI, transfers, and strategic programs.</p></li><li><p>Represent Site Planning in MRP & Inventory Communities of Practice.</p></li></ul><p><b>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Support Global Planning Excellence initiatives across digital landscape and via active engagement of you/your team in Communities of Practice</p></li><li><p>Partner with internal & external E2E stakeholders (Suppliers, EQ, QA, QC, Warehouse,MSAT, DSS, Procurement, IMSC sites).</p></li><li><p>Lead continuous improvement, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and waste elimination across MRP & inventory processes.</p></li><li><p>Standardize planning processes (SLOB, SRM-MRP inputs, FTQM release orchestration).</p></li><li><p>Act as SPOC for Procurement (supplier changes, last-buy decisions, SS updates).</p></li></ul><p><b>Success Metrics</b></p><ul><li><p>≥90% material availability for next-week production (shared KPI with DSS)</p></li><li><p> ≥90% inventory health (50% of safety stock target released)</p></li><li><p>Inventory vs JU/BP/NU target adherence; accurate projections and drive actions where required.</p></li><li><p>Drive SLOB optimalisation efforts and ensure SLOB is systematically governed.</p></li><li><p>PO lead time adherence</p></li></ul><p><b>People Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Shape & guide the MRP team to align with the changing IMSC Beerse portfolio</p></li><li><p>Set up the team for success through clear roles & responsibilities</p></li><li><p>Develop our people capabilities</p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s in Supply Chain (e.g., Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics) or</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree with significant planning or people leading experience.</p></li><li><p>5–10+ years of experience in MRP, planning, or inventory management in GMP/regulated environment.</p></li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Role-modelling of patient-centric mindset in your team in line with our Credo values.</p></li><li><p>Data-driven: strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with ability to interpret performance data.</p></li><li><p>Ability to zoom-in/zoom-out between operational detail and broader strategic supply impacts – Understand the detail to shape/tackle the process</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicator who can escalate clearly and concisely.</p></li><li><p>Strong cross-functional influencing skills; able to collaborate across hierarchical levels and departments.</p></li><li><p>Resilient, agile, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.</p></li></ul><p>· Experience with performance management via KPIs and continuous improvement.</p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><p>Broad understanding of supply chain, finance, systems, and organisational structure.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Supply Chain</p></li><li><p>APICS certification.</p></li></ul><p><b>Languages:</b> English (essential) & Dutch (preferred)<br /><b>Systems:</b> Microsoft Office, SAP, OMP, Power BI</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>Analytical Reasoning, Business Savvy, Capability Development, Consulting, Demand Forecasting, Demand Planning, Distribution Management, Just-in-Time (JIT) Manufacturing, Manufacturing Flow Management, Process Improvements, Product Design, Product Development, Production Operations, Stakeholder Engagement, Supply Planning, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility
