NIGHT (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position cleans and maintains molds used in molding manufacturing and performs various equipment maintenance tasks.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
• Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. -- local practice may apply.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• Work related experience of two years, with at least six months experience in molding and/or tooling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain tools and other equipment neatly.
• Knowledge of mold maintenance and repair.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to meet deadlines as production schedules dictate.
• Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
COMPETENCIES
• Blue prints/equipment supplier documentation
• Measuring tools (micrometers and calipers)
• Hand and machine tools usage
• Equipment and component repairs.
• Equipment/fixture assembly/finishing/testing
• Mold cleaning/greasing/changes
• Mold insert and core changes
• Spare parts maintenance
