WORK SHIFT
NIGHT (United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs technical mold making assignments to support the manufacture of molded parts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Cleans and maintains molds used in the manufacture of molded parts.
2. Analyzes production and tooling to determine recommendations for spare parts that can be used to support the molding process.
3. Responsible for the development of a tracking system for spare parts and tracks spare components.
4. Analyzes production and tooling and builds spare parts to increase efficiency.
5. Performs minor repairs on molding tooling as directed.
6. Responsible for the development and ongoing administration of a production maintenance schedule/system for all tooling.
7. Trains others in the proper use of machine tools and tooling/component construction.
8. Coordinates tooling activities with off-site tooling sources.
9. Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with seven years of previous tooling experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
• Ability to work well as a team member.
• Knowledge of various tooling and testing equipment.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
