Upgrade to Pro — $25/moDrive the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Mobile Surgery business in Belgium by developing and maintaining trust‑based relationships with clinical and non‑clinical customers. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve and exceed financial targets across the IGT portfolio, with a focus on mobile c-arms.
In this role, you will support and lead commercial deals and long‑term partnerships by combining strong commercial acumen with clinical and technical product expertise.
Your role:
End‑to‑end commercial responsibility for IGT Mobile Surgery (MoS) in Belgium
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across Belgium, including clinicians and decision makers
Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations highlighting the value proposition of the portfolio (products and services)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
Identify and drive opportunities
Build customer quotations and take ownership of tender and customer requirement documentation
Manage accurate lead and opportunity pipelines and deliver monthly business forecasting via the Philips CRM system (Salesforce)
Forecast, track, and report Mobile Surgery business performance
You’re the right fit if
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or any related field
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or marketing, or within the healthcare domain, with a strong commercial mindset
You demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team‑selling environment
You are a self‑driven team player and confident interacting with doctors, clinical physicists, and healthcare professionals
You are comfortable working cross‑functionally and across boundaries in virtual, multidisciplinary teams
You possess strong professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
You are customer‑oriented, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
You are fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) and proficient in English
