Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>Develop and execute regional strategies for Modality Leader – PET CT &amp; RP   in alignment with zone priorities.</p></li><li><p>Own and deliver the annual operating plan focused on market development, Margin improvement and market share growth.</p></li><li><p>Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with commercial teams to drive order intake, close deals, and achieve sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Provide pre-sales support including clinical expertise, product demonstrations, presentations, and tender documentation.</p></li><li><p>Manage the full product lifecycle: new product introductions, upgrades, and end-of-life transitions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure portfolio competitiveness by collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and sharing insights with global teams.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Build and execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans across modalities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.</p></li><li><p>Key metrics would include- Achievement of order targets and market share for PET CT &amp; RP; Market share growth across South Asia ; Success rate of New Product Introductions (NPIs).</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Life Sciences.
