Own and deliver the annual operating plan focused on market development, Margin improvement and market share growth.
Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial teams to drive order intake, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Provide pre-sales support including clinical expertise, product demonstrations, presentations, and tender documentation.
Manage the full product lifecycle: new product introductions, upgrades, and end-of-life transitions.
Ensure portfolio competitiveness by collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and sharing insights with global teams.
Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Build and execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans across modalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Key metrics would include- Achievement of order targets and market share for PET CT & RP; Market share growth across South Asia ; Success rate of New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or Life Sciences. MBA preferred.
10–15+ years in the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in imaging, preferably in CT
Proven track record in sales, product management, or business leadership roles.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of clinical & Market drivers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.
