Mitarbeiter Technischer Service (m/w/d)

As a technical service employee at VACUUBRAND, you will support our customers with technical questions and ensure smooth processes. You will carry out maintenance and repairs on our vacuum pumps and measuring devices independently at the customer's site. Your travel activity will amount to approx. 45% mainly in the DACH region, with occasional trips to other European countries. You will be responsible for professional processing of customer inquiries and service tickets, preparing cost estimates, test and service reports, and detailed documentation. Responsibilities also include representing the service department in technical projects and conducting service training courses.
