Diese Position ist Teil der WOM Geschäftseinheit von Novanta.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Aufgaben Fachbereich</u></b></p><ul><li>Organisation prüfpflichtiger Anlagen, Betriebsmittel und überwachen der Fristen mittels Wartungsplaner</li><li>Angebotsanfrage und Prüfung der Anfragen im Fachbereich</li><li>Organisation der Beschaffung von Büroeinrichtungen sowie Arbeitsplatzeinrichtung</li><li>Beschaffung von Arbeitsmitteln (Produktion / Nicht-Produktion)</li><li>Entgegennahme von FM-Anforderungen und Einsteuerung an den Haustechniker</li><li>Einweisung und Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen im Bau- und Wartungsbereich</li><li>Vertretung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit</li><li>Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen an unserem Produktionsstandort in Sonneberg</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Allgemeine Aufgaben</b></u></p><ul><li>Aktive Teilnahme am Innovationsprozess</li><li>Initiierung und aktive Teilnahme an Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen</li><li>Strikte Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und Umsetzung der Anweisungen von Qualitäts-/ Umweltmanagementbeauftragten und der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit</li><li>Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen</li><li>Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung als Ersthelfer, Brandschutzhelfer und Aufzugswärter</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Ausbildung/Anforderungen</b></u>:</p><ul><li>Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Elektriker oder Mechatroniker</li><li>Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse</li><li>Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse (GER-A2)*</li><li>Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse</li><li>Qualitätsbewusst, vertrauensvoll</li><li>Teamfähig</li><li>Kommunikative Fähigkeiten</li><li>Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise</li><li>Belastbar und zuverlässig</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-UK1</p><p>#Ludwigsstadt</p><p></p><p></p><p>Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
