Metrology & Periodic Qualification Engineer (E&I Engineer)

<p><b><span>Metrology Management</span></b></p><p><span>·       Plan and schedule periodic qualification of facilities, utilities and process equipment metrology assets to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements</span></p><p><span>·       Develop strategies to minimize measurement errors and improve accuracy</span></p><p><span>·       Ensure data integrity in all metrology and calibration processes</span></p><p><span>·       Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards related to metrology</span></p><p><span>·       Oversee maintenance of site electrical systems performed by site Facility Management partner; inclusive of high &amp; Low voltage distribution panels, lighting, power, earthing, lightning, photovoltaic and ELV systems</span></p><p><span>·       System owner for paperless calibration; manage the setup of instrument calibration on paperless system</span></p><p><span>·       Troubleshoot the instruments and its related communication interface issues with Automation systems</span></p><p><span>·       Manage instrumentation and electrical spares</span></p><p><b><span>Training and Development</span></b></p><p><span>·       Provide training on metrology principles and practices to technicians</span></p><p><span>·       Implement latest metrology technologies and best practices</span></p><p><span>·       Develop, revise and review SOPs, ensure all the instrument and related systems compliance are met</span></p><p><b><span>Stakeholder Management &amp; Cross Function Support (Routine Phase)</span></b></p><p><span>·       Provide shopfloor troubleshooting and deviation investigation support for metrology related matters</span></p><p><span>·       SME for the site calibration and metrology program during the inspections and regulatory audits</span></p><p><span>·       Based on process requirements and usage information provided by users or system owners, devise calibration program, define calibration tolerance and frequency.</span></p><p><b><span>Cross Function Support (Project Phase)</span></b></p><p><span>·       Subject Matter Expert on Electrical &amp; Instrumentation (E&amp;I) matters for assigned Tier3 projects ≤€5mil</span></p><p><span>·       Represent business in engineering review for high &amp; Low voltage distribution panels, lighting, power, earthing, lightning and ELV system</span></p><p><span>·       Review the instrument and its related specifications and ensure the user requirements are met</span></p><p><span>·       Support project execution, testing &amp; commissioning, validation coordination for E&amp;I scope</span></p><p><span>Review the construction drawings such as instrument loop drawings etc based on project specification</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
