事業部戦略に基づいたKOL・重要顧客マネジメントリード

• KOLの同定し、関係構築・維持を行う

• プロダクトマーケティング・ProfEdメンバー協働し、安全適正使用の為のプランを実行し(場合によっては立案)、事業部目標を達成する
• 事業部全体の戦略策定への参画

職務経験

• 整形外科領域において、10年以上の経験がある方
  （※実践力を重視しますので、この限りではありません）
• l  競合状況含めた整形外科医療機器業界動向に精通した知識
• 人工関節製品及び手技に関する知識、主要全国KOLとの良好な関係

• 新領域への取り組みに積極的であり、高い知的好奇心を持って取り組むことができる方

• 自ら社内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションが図れる方
