Veradermics is seeking a mission-driven, field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our growing Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Medical Affairs, the MSL will be responsible for building trusted, peer-to-peer scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and regional physicians, supporting clinical development and launch readiness, and generating field insights across a high-impact dermatology pipeline. This is a hands-on, external-facing role that blends deep scientific acumen with strong communication skills and collaborative execution. The ideal candidate is excited to contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced team advancing breakthrough dermatologic therapies.

Requirements

Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, NP, PA or equivalent) required. 2+ years in a Medical Science Liaison role or comparable field-based scientific role; dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster scientific credibility and trust with external stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role while thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with clinical trial processes, medical compliance, and CRM documentation tools. Must be based within the Western United States (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, CO, UT) with ability to travel up to 60%. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
