<h2><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Main Accountabilities</b></span><span class="emphasis-3"> </span><br /><b>1. External expert engagement and medical insights</b></p><ul><li>Liaise with and support the development of key external experts (KEEs), including leaders from relevant university and tertiary hospitals, in collaboration with commercial teams.</li><li>Systematically collect, analyze, and communicate medical insights to inform internal strategies.</li></ul><p><b>2. Medical and scientific support:</b> Provide high-quality medical and scientific support to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance.</p><p><b>3. Scientific expertise and knowledge advancement</b></p><ul><li>Maintain a high level of scientific and technical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and products.</li><li>Continuously develop knowledge of current medical literature.</li><li>Prepare and deliver critical reviews of scientific publications and congress data, internally and externally.</li><li>Attend national and international scientific meetings as required.</li></ul><p><b>4. Medical information and scientific exchange:</b> Respond to product-specific scientific inquiries and frequently asked questions from healthcare professionals and internal partners in a timely and compliant manner.</p><p><b>5. Clinical research and evidence generation support</b></p><ul><li>Support phase III and phase IV clinical studies, as well as IIS in accordance with applicable SOPs and local regulations.</li><li>Ensure study proposals are scientifically robust and aligned with local medical objectives.</li></ul><p><b>6. Medical strategy and cross-functional planning:</b> Contribute to the planning and execution of medical activities under the supervision of the medical manager, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.<br /><b>7. External scientific landscape awareness:</b> Maintain awareness of the evolving scientific and medical landscape within the therapeutic area to support informed medical planning and stakeholder engagement.<br /><b>8. Documentation and knowledge management:</b> Complete required documentation, including CRM reports, to ensure accurate capture, traceability, and preservation of medical knowledge.<br /><b>9. Medical/promotional material review and others:</b> Review scientific content of promotional materials and speaker presentations to ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company standards.</p><p>Perform other relevant duties and projects as assigned by the company, in line with business needs.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Required Education/Qualifications/Skills: </b></span></p><p>- Medical or Pharmacy university degree (Bachelor’s level or equivalent)</p><p>- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Science Liaison role and/or within a relevant therapeutic area</p><p>- Demonstrated capability in medical research, data analysis, and structured problem solving</p><p>- Proficient in written and spoken English</p><p>- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications</p><p>- High level of accuracy and attention to detail</p><p>- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific presentations</p><p>- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills, including effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders</p><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring Vietnam
