Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Leads a team of MSLs in order to achieve:
- Clear mapping and segmentation of KEEs in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Specific KEEs engagement plan and activities to effectively collect insight and develop KEEs
- Execution of high quality medical event to develop conception acceptance in relevant TAs (e.g. ad-Boards, training courses/workshops).
2. Facilitate KEEs engagement and communication for Phase IV studies and IITs and ensures that project implementation on track
3. Provides timely coaching to support MSL team to improve medical communication effectiveness and efficiency
4. Provides training to ensure MSL team own necessary knowledge set and skill set
5. Implementation of medical activities in alignment with medical plan
6. Answers product-specific FAQ's from medical and pharmaceutical customers as needed.
7. Build up and maintain an efficient MSL team:
Behind our talent, there is You
- Master Degree (Natural sciences or medical) and above
- Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 3 years management experience in MSL functions
- Experience in leading MSLs team in product lifecycle management and portfolio management
- Capable of managing change and driving team priorities effectively
- Deep understanding of Medical Affairs strategy and field medical operations.
- Experience in investigator-initiated studies (IIS/IIT), and real-world evidence activities.
- Drive execution of the therapeutic area medical strategy through field medical excellence.
- Workable English
- Experience in relevant therapeutic areas is preferred
- Strong networking skills (includes internal teams)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Project management skills
