Medical Science Liaison & Customer Engagement – Diagnostic Genomics

<ul><li>Provide clinical guidance to physicians and healthcare professionals for appropriate test selection</li><li>Evaluate clinical indications, phenotypic information and family history to optimize diagnostic yield</li><li>Support clinical decision-making prior to sample submission</li><li>Participate in clinical discussions with treating physicians when complex diagnostic strategies are required</li><li>Act as clinical liaison between laboratory and the treating physician for complex cases</li><li>Coordinate clarification requests, phenotypic expansions and additional analyses when required</li><li>Support interpretation of complex findings including variants of uncertain significance</li><li>Manage expectations regarding turnaround times, limitations and diagnostic outcomes</li><li>Support physicians in clinical interpretation of results and their implications for patient management</li><li>Participate in genetic counseling support or interconsultation sessions with patients and/or families when applicable and permitted</li><li>Assist in the explanation of complex genomic findings, recurrence risks and follow-up strategies</li><li>Act as escalation point for challenging or inconclusive diagnostic results</li><li>Support reanalysis discussions and long-term case follow-up when clinically justified</li><li>Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with physicians, genticists and healthcare institutions</li><li>Support case-based clinical discussions focused on patient outcomes rather than product promotion</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless clinical experience</li></ul>
