<p><b>Job Description</b></p><ul><li>Develop National Medical Strategies for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA)</li><li>Execute Medical activities with good quality based on approved medical strategies</li><li>Develop medical materials with good quality for external and internal scientific meetings</li><li>Disseminate high quality complex scientific information and provide innovative medical education content</li><li>Support the development and implementation of the internal training plan, monitor the plan and update knowledge of disease area</li><li>Establish, develop, and maintain medical scientific collaborative relationships with top KMEs</li><li>Generate systematically medical insights and provide key learnings to the regional medical team on regular basis as appropriate</li><li>Organize national educational meetings with multidisciplinary participation of key stakeholders in designated area and provide key learnings to the Regional Medical team</li><li>Design and execute CSTs to generate high-quality data, support therapeutic experts in developing concepts and protocols for SRAs / IITs / registries that support SMA therapies.</li><li>Support appropriate screening processes to identify potential investigators for Biogen initiated clinical trials, collaborate with clinical trial groups to evaluate requests, and assess center capacity for clinical studies.</li><li>Support regional medical plan and activities</li><li>Support cross functional strategy and activities</li><li>100% in line with Biogen China and global compliance policies</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Medical or scientific qualification (M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D. preferred)</li><li>At least 2 years medical advisor experience, outstanding Senior MSL candidates may also be considered</li><li>Experience in neurology and/or rare diseases is preferred</li><li>National level projects management experience</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, scientific and non-scientific, throughout all levels and geographies of an organization, in English and Chinese</li><li>Good team player fits in the environment with international, diverse, teamwork culture</li><li>Strong customer orientation, science based</li><li>Willingness to travel as required</li><li>Good English Skill</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p>Job Level: Management<div><h2><br /><b>Why Biogen?</b></h2></div><div><p>We are a global team with a commitment to excellence, and a pioneering spirit.
