Job Description
Ensuring end to end medical governance, including adherence to Novartis' good practices, local regulations, global standards, and audit requirements. Manage activities related to PTAs/MAPs, Material Approvals and Medical Informations.
Driving customer and field medical excellence & execution, enabling harmonized ways of working, ensuring high-quality processes and performance monitoring, providing inputs to capability building, and ensuring cross functional alignment.
Providing strategic medical guidance, ensuring readiness for evolving regulations, improving processes, and contributing to consistent country Medical Affairs performance.
Leading evidence generation and local clinical studies operations, RWE programs, integrated evidence planning, and collaboration with regional/International/global Medical Affairs teams.
Requirements:
University degree in science, pharmacy, or health sciences (or equivalent); fluent English and local language; 4–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs functions.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and harmonizing medical governance and operational processes.
Demonstrated capability in audit readiness, managing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions.
Experience with field medical excellence programs, capability building, and KPI tracking.
Solid background in evidence generation, including observational studies, RWE programs, and vendor management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret evidence and drive data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Experience working with regional and international medical organizations and governance forums.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical and governance topics.
