<div><div>Remote Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30AM Eastern Time - 7:00PM Eastern TimeWhat Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health </div><div>Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. </div><div> </div><div>Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Processing New Order and Re-Order events as well as inbound documents within ADS systems </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicating with provider offices by phone, fax, email and/or mail correspondences to pursue prescription orders and/or required medical records to ship customer orders </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Reviewing documents retrieved from inbound faxes to determine validity; scan documents efficiently and accurately </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Providing excellent customer service while communicating with provider offices and teammates </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintaining accurate and detailed records in company database </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Performing according to departmental SOPs for medical documentation </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>1-3 years of Medical Documentation experience preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Customer service or database data entry experience preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Microsoft Office experience preferred </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What is expected of you and others at this level: </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Refers to policies and past practices for guidance </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following: </div><div>Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location.
