Description

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our dynamic research team focusing on the development of Antibody-X Conjugate (AXC) therapies to revolutionise cancer treatments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direction, planning and execution of our clinical development programs. Key Duties & Responsibilities include providing expert medical and scientific guidance for IND filings and early-stage clinical trials, performing medical oversight of clinical trials, drafting protocols, monitoring safety throughout trials, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align product development plans and strategies.

Requirements

M.D. or equivalent with a minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in clinical oncology preferred, with demonstrated experience in global clinical trials, and managing Phase 1 and/or 2 Oncology clinical trials. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic biotech startup.
