Join a Team That’s Building What’s Next

At Siemens Healthineers, we’re transforming the future of Interventional Oncology.

This isn’t a traditional sales development representative role. It’s an opportunity to help build one of the fastest-growing businesses inside one of the world’s most respected healthcare technology companies.

Our team is bringing innovative technologies to physicians treating patients with cancer and other complex diseases. We’re expanding our commercial organization, launching new products, entering new markets, and investing heavily in the future.

If you’re energized by growth, enjoy building new business, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make a meaningful impact on patient care, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve to assist the primary commercial leader within your assigned geography, responsible for accelerating growth, expanding customer relationships, and introducing innovative technologies that improve patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Build new physician, hospital, and health system relationships throughout your territory.

• Develop new accounts while expanding utilization within existing customers.

• Execute strategic territory business plans designed to exceed sales objectives.

• Drive adoption of innovative technologies through clinical expertise, education, and consultative selling.

• Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to improve procedural outcomes and patient care.

• Lead product launches and commercial initiatives across your territory.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.

• Analyze market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after every sale.

• Represent Siemens Healthineers with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer commitment.

• Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory.

Compensation includes competitive base salary, uncapped incentive compensation, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Who Will Be Successful Here

This role is designed for people who enjoy building businesses—not simply maintaining them.

Our highest-performing Sales Development Representatives tend to be individuals who:

• Love winning new business.

• Enjoy introducing new technologies to the market.

• Move with urgency and purpose.

• Build trust quickly with physicians and healthcare executives.

• Thrive in changing, fast-paced environments.

• Remain positive and resilient through challenges.

• Are highly organized and disciplined.

• Care deeply about patients, customers, and teammates.

• Take pride in representing a world-class organization.

Preferred Qualifications

We recognize that exceptional talent comes from many backgrounds.

Candidates may possess experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Oncology, Vascular, Cardiology, Surgical specialties, or other procedural medical device markets.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated success in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or other complex consultative sales environments.

• Experience selling capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically sophisticated products preferred.

• Strong business acumen and territory planning skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to learn complex clinical technologies and effectively communicate their value to physicians and healthcare executives.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity tools.

While prior Interventional Oncology experience is valuable, we are equally interested in high-performing sales professionals who have consistently demonstrated the ability to build business, launch new products, and succeed in complex healthcare environments.
