As Medical CRM & Neuroscience Head, you will define and deliver the country medical strategy across priority disease areas, uniting scientific engagement, medical education, and evidence generation into a clear, high-impact plan. You’ll act as the country’s scientific leader, guiding credible, unbiased exchange with Health Care Professionals and Medical Experts while partnering closely across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support launches and lifecycle excellence. Leading and developing a high-performing medical team, you’ll steer local evidence generation and publication planning, ensuring every decision is grounded in ethics, compliance, and patient impact.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Define and execute country medical strategy across neuroscience, spinal muscular atrophy, and cardio-renal disease lifecycles</li><li>Lead credible, compliant scientific exchange with Health Care Professionals and Medical Experts</li><li>Set and oversee local evidence generation, including real world evidence, Phase IV studies, and publication planning</li><li>Guide Medical Science Liaison leadership and Medical Leads to deliver aligned, insight-driven field engagement</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support launches</li><li>Own therapeutic area medical budget, prioritizing education, data generation, congresses, and compliant resource allocation</li><li>Build and sustain a high-performing medical organization through coaching, capability development, and ethical leadership</li></ul><p></p><h2>Essential Requirements</h2><ul><li>Advanced scientific degree such as Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent</li><li>Minimum seven years of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations</li><li>Proven ability to design and execute medical strategies across the full product lifecycle</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Medical Science Liaison or medical teams</li><li>Strong capability to interpret, communicate, and apply complex clinical and scientific data</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><h2>Desirable Requirements</h2><ul><li>Experience within neuroscience, rare diseases, or cardio-renal therapeutic areas</li><li>Exposure to regional or global medical roles, translating international strategy into local execution</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>Agility, Agility, Clinical Practices, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data Analysis, Drug Development, Employee Development, Healthcare Sector Understanding, Health Sciences, Influencing Skills, Innovation, Inspirational Leadership, Integrated Evidence Generation, Medical Affairs, Medical Communication, Medical Education, Patient Care, People Management, Pharmaceutics, Priority Disease Areas Expertise, Product Launches, Product Strategy, Real World Evidence (RWE), Regulatory Compliance, Research Methodologies {+ 3 more}
