We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager, Neuroscience to help shape and execute the medical strategy for our Neuroscience portfolio in Italy, including autoimmune neurological diseases, neurodegenerative disorders and other areas of significant unmet medical need. This role reports to the Therapeutic Area Medical Lead and represents a unique opportunity to contribute to scientific innovation, evidence generation and patient-centered healthcare solutions.

Your Impact

As a strategic scientific leader, you will:

• Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for assigned products and disease areas, ensuring alignment with local and regional priorities.
• Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, scientific societies and patient organizations.
• Translate external insights, emerging evidence and unmet medical needs into actions that strengthen medical strategy and improve patient outcomes.
• Drive evidence-generation initiatives, including clinical research, real-world evidence programs and investigator-sponsored studies.
• Lead scientific communication, medical education and publication activities, ensuring the highest standards of scientific integrity and compliance.
• Partner effectively across functions and geographies to support current and future launches within the Neuroscience portfolio.

What You'll Bring

• Medical degree or other advanced scientific degree.
• Relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years).
• Previous experience in Neuroscience, particularly in autoimmune neurological diseases or related therapeutic areas, would be a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting products at different stages of their lifecycle, including launch preparation, would be valuable.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation and scientific engagement.
• Strategic mindset combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and a strong commitment to ethical leadership and patient centricity.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€52.000,00 - €86.365,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
