Education Required:
Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution. Strong foundation in clinical pharmacy (completion of a residency, preferred).
General Description:
The US Medical Affairs Fellowship at BeOne Medicines is a 12-month postdoctoral training program designed to cultivate future leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Disease Area Head of Solid Tumors in US Medical Affairs, the Medical Affairs Fellow is a key contributor within the US Medical Affairs organization, supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across solid tumor programs. In this role, the Fellow exercises independent judgment and discretion in analyzing scientific and clinical information, identifying data gaps, and developing solutions that inform medical strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Working in a matrixed environment, the Fellow collaborates with cross-functional teams to advance medical plans, support evidence generation initiatives, and deliver high-quality scientific communications. The Fellow is accountable for defined projects and deliverables that directly impact medical strategy, field engagement, and external scientific exchange.
This position is designed for doctoral-level scientists or clinicians seeking to apply their expertise in a dynamic, global oncology environment while contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies.
