As the scientific expert for internal stakeholders and the strategic coordinator for Field Medical Affairs (FMA), you’ll ensure robust medical strategy implementation, compliant scientific exchange, and impactful external engagement.</p><h3><b>Main Duties</b></h3><ul><li><p>Serve as the core Medical Affairs counterpart in the cross-functional Brand Team (CVT)</p></li><li><p>Provide FMAs with clear strategic direction and quarterly objectives; collect and escalate actionable insights across CVT and above‑country teams.</p></li><li><p>Act as the internal scientific reference for the therapeutic area; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, treatment trends, and clinical evidence.</p></li><li><p>Own the Medical Affairs budget and Medical Activities Plan; prioritize activities and ensure accurate spending</p></li><li><p>Lead medical review of regulatory texts (mSPCs, RMPs, ICDs) and review promotional/scientific materials for accuracy and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Support IIS initiatives and GCO priorities</p></li><li><p>Build and manage relationships with KOLs and Local Scientists; ensure actionable insights generation, and facilitate scientific dialogue</p></li><li><p>Act as the local Medical Affairs contact point for European/Global/Above‑Country initiatives; ensure full alignment with company values, HCC, PV, GCP, regulatory, industry codes, and local legislation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain <b>up to 30%</b> field presence focused on top‑tier KOL scientific engagement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Education &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Advanced university and post-graduate degree in life sciences</li><li>MD degree or PhD preferred</li><li>2-5 years of work experience in Medical Affairs roles required</li><li>Proficient in Greek and English both in written and oral</li><li>Impactful Presentation Skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Valid driver’s license is needed</li></ul><p>Competences:</p><ul><li>Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong ownership and accountability skills  </li><li>Great command of communication skills, verbal, oral and written, and good presentation skills</li><li>Natural curiosity with strong work ethics</li><li>Solid business acumen as well as understanding of the healthcare business landscape.</li><li>Strong collaborative mindset both within and across functional and geographical areas</li><li>Naturally proactive and independent, with a strong drive to initiate and execute tasks promptly.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Team coordination/project management skills</li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of Health Care Compliance principles</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>Analytical Reasoning, Clinical Research and Regulations, Clinical Trials Operations, Communication, Compliance Management, Consulting, Content Evaluation, Critical Thinking, Developing Others, Digital Culture, Digital Literacy, Healthcare Trends, Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Medical Compliance, Organizing, Product Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Thinking
