We connect, communicate and train internal employees to ensure a thorough understanding of the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to support collaboration to further differentiate our portfolio.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Position Objective</b></p><p></p><p>Support the Medical Director to provide <b>medical, clinical and ethical advice </b>to the medical department and our Taiwan leadership team. Provide medical support for the clinical, regulatory and medical services teams as required. Responsibility for the development and delivery of disease related <b>training</b>, <b>local studies </b>and <b>disease management projects</b> as required by our subsidiary. Provide medical/clinical input to commercial team for<b> strategy/execution </b>of tactics to better address customer needs.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></u></b></p><p></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as <b>a link</b> between our company and key doctors including involvement in local advisory boards, patient education programs and field visits to enhance relationship, company image and product understanding.</p></li><li><p>Generate <b>study</b> ideas based on local unmet medical needs and write core protocol.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for providing ongoing medical advice and support for all in-line  products and related activities.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the disease and basic medical knowledge training for new products and related activities.</p></li><li><p>Act as a medical and clinical consultant to our company and act as a medical spokesman externally when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Ensure current medical marketing activities are fully compliant with all legal, local and international regulatory requirements, and ABS. Other assignments when required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>WHAT YOU MUST HAVE</span></u></b></p><p></p><p><b>Education/Professional Certificate</b></p><ul><li><p>Registered Medical Practitioner. Postgraduate medical qualification would be desirable (e.g. specialty training, Masters degree, Ph D) A post graduate qualification in a business discipline, or in public health would be an added bonus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years’ experience in clinical practice and Oncology is preferred Solid knowledge and experience in a medical related field.
