This role supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate material flow, inventory control, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div>Material Movement & Warehouse Operations </div><div><ul><li>Move raw materials, parts, work-in-process, and finished goods to designated areas using appropriate equipment and PPE. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Store and issue packaging materials to support production and shipping requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Wrap, strap, and prepare skids for safe storage and transportation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Move scrap and recyclable materials to appropriate disposal or recycling areas. </li></ul></div><div>Inventory Control & Accuracy </div><div><ul><li>Perform inventory transactions (IC and/or IT) and maintain accurate material tracking within systems. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct cycle counts of raw materials, parts, and work-in-process inventory as required. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Report inventory discrepancies promptly to supervision. </li></ul></div><div>Safety & Compliance </div><div><ul><li>Observe all plant, EHS, and safety rules and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues, including completing daily PIV safety checklist. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>May require the handling of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse in accordance with 5S standards. </li></ul></div><div>Communication & Support </div><div><ul><li>Communicate with supervision regarding safety concerns, equipment issues, or operational challenges. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide support if needed during manpower shortages or high-volume workload periods. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform additional duties or training assignments as directed by leadership. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>QualificationsEducation:</div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li></ul></div><div>Experience:<ul><li>1+ years of experience required</li><li>Basic math and reading skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic inventory and cycle counting knowledge. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. </li></ul></div><div>Date: TBD </div><div>Author: TBD </div></div>Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.85–$23.77.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
