If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Material Coordinator </b>located in <b>Salt Lake City.</b> </span></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the <b>Warehouse Supervisor</b>, the <b>Material Coordinator’s </b>role involves assisting </span><span>in various duties within the material function such as inventory control, material Analysis, and Transfers. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Computes material requirements for job orders and manages requisitioning and delivery schedules to optimize inventory.</li><li>Examines and verifies that materials delivered conform to specifications before distribution to production departments.</li><li>Maintains accurate manual and computerized inventory records, including status and location of materials.</li><li>Creates, updates, and analyzes various reports to support data-driven decision-making and action plans.</li><li>Administers inventory cycle count programs, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate inventory levels.</li><li>Conducts internal and external transfers of materials to support production schedules and maintain stock levels.</li><li>Investigates unusual material usage and suggests corrective actions to resolve inventory issues.</li><li>Verifies accuracy of material kits against pick lists and tracks defect levels to enhance quality performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><span>Demonstrates advanced functional skills and inventory control analysis.  </span></li><li>Demonstrates broad knowledge of functional techniques and has input to process improvements.
