Material Coordinator III – Eindhoven, Netherlands

Fixed Term Contract - up to 12 months

Onsite role, shift basis, Sunday through Friday – average 40 hours per week.

As a Material Coordinator III at Illumina in Eindhoven, you will play a key role in supporting the movement of materials across our warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across inbound, outbound, inventory, and material handling activities while maintaining the high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence that support Illumina's mission.

You will also share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support to help drive team success and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Execute inbound, outbound, inventory, and material handling activities in line with established procedures and safety standards

• Process shipments, receipts, and warehouse transactions using SAP and associated systems

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and clinical shipments accurately and efficiently

• Support inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and stock movements

• Train and support team members through onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including Dangerous Goods procedures

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Planning & Logistics, Inventory Control, and Operations teams

• Maintain high standards of organisation, housekeeping, and 6S across warehouse areas

The estimated base salary range for the Material Coordinator 3 - Netherlands role based in Netherlands is EUR 28,500 - 42,700. The range reflects long‑term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range applies to the primary posting location listed above. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range will be updated accordingly. Compensation ranges for other locations will differ to reflect local market competitiveness and will be shared with candidates if applicable during the recruitment process. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
