If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Master Scheduler </b>located in <b>Orangeburg, SC.</b></p><p>Reporting to the<b> Supply Chain Manager, </b>the <b>Master Scheduler</b> is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Create daily production schedules</p></li><li><p>Supervise that deadlines are met.</p></li><li><p>Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization</p></li><li><p>Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management</p></li><li><p>Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.</p></li><li><p>Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials</p></li><li><p>Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization</p></li><li><p>Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.</p></li><li><p>Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues</p></li><li><p>Provide training to staff members as required</p></li><li><p>Report key metrics as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables</p></li><li><p>Impacts the near-term (quarterly/semi-annual) operation success of the function.</p></li><li><p>Enhances and provides input to functional processes or technologies.</p></li><li><p> Demonstrates commitment to implement initiatives. Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.</p></li><li><p>May make decisions or recommendations for team.
