<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Responsible for SAP master data integrity and maintenance of all Commercial and PDS (pharmaceutical development services) material SKUS with a high standard of quality. Master files include, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings/Recipes, Material Master data, Pricing, Suppliers, Purchasing Record, Sourcing List, serialization information etc.</p><p></p><p>Essential Functions: Business Operations</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><p>Manage SAP master data processes including creation, validation, updates, and deletion of Material Master (basic, sales, purchasing, planning, warehouse, quality, costing), BOMs, Routing, Purchasing records, and sourcing lists.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement of SAP MM and Planning modules by maintaining data quality, executing approved data changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting supply chain and cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data in alignment with global and regional standards, including participation in SOX self-assessments and compliance within an FDA-approved cGMP environment.</p></li><li><p>Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives related to SAP master data governance.</p></li><li><p>Develop, enhance, and maintain documentation including SOPs, training materials, working instructions, and data standards, ensuring proper communication and training across business functions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare supply chain KPIs and ad hoc management reports, support performance tracking (data accuracy, reporting accuracy, standards alignment, timely updates), and act as backup for the Supply Chain Analyst.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe working environment, report hazards, and perform rotating shift work as required.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div><div></div></div></div></div><div><br />REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br />Education:</div><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field</p></li></ul><p><br />Experience:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP in Operations/Warehouse/ Manufacturing or related environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Advanced SAP Master Data experiences in Supply Chain Planning preferred.</p></li><li><p>APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certificate preferred.</p></li></ul><p><br />Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p><ul><li><p>Strong SAP knowledge, Microsoft (Excel, Access), SharePoint, Trackwise, and Outlook to support daily master data functions.</p></li><li><p>Experience and working knowledge of Data Systems and Data Warehousing is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented and persistent with follow-ups to ensure completion, understanding of master data, and impact on procedures and performance.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of change management, understanding of GMP systems, Quality systems, and data Integrity.</p></li><li><p>Cross-functional business knowledge (Supply Chain/ Production/ Finance/ Sales) is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with the English language.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
