Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our Marketing department. In this part-time role, you will support our team across various marketing initiatives, from administrative tasks to digital media campaigns and creative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic diagnostics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Purchase Order (PO) creation and new vendor setup.
General administrative support.
Marketing Coordination:
Coordinating product-related updates and communications across the Product Management team.
Coordinating Marketing Team Meetings and corresponding tasks.
Digital & Social Media:
Creating content for social media channels and influencer campaigns.
Facilitating communication with agencies and external partners.
Marketing Materials Creation:
Executing simple graphic design tasks.
Performing translation checks.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field).
Interested in healthcare and diagnostics.
Fluent in English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative projects.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
