Our continued success depends on it!</p></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Product Manager – Saudi Arabia, will be responsible for working with the country manager and the regional marketing head to develop & implement marketing programs that drive awareness & interest for Omnipod Insulin Management System, amongst people living with diabetes & drive lead conversion & customer retention in Saudi Arabia market.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>A key objective of the role is supporting the growth in the customer base through helping drive both; new prescribers (HCPs) and patients (end users) starting on Omnipod & minimizing user attrition. This position will work very closely with other regional functions (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial operations, Legal and Compliance) as well as country distributor teams.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Drive brand growth and visibility within the franchise and support brand engagement initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate on and execute regional marketing strategies with internal teams to boost Omnipod® awareness, drive lead conversion, and retain customers.</span></li><li><span>Own the implementation of marketing campaigns and future portfolio launches in line with the agreed marketing plans, and support field teams for seamless execution.</span></li><li><span>Create and localize engaging marketing content for healthcare providers and patients, working with and managing external agencies and internal partners for approval.</span></li><li><span>Drive KOLs engagement initiatives and work closely with medical affairs on KOL development program for Saudi Arabia market.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on HCP and patient leads generation campaign initiatives, and support implementation of international segmentation.</span></li><li><span>Plan and coordinate brand participation in medical conferences and manage asset approvals and distribution.</span></li><li><span>Track and assess marketing performance, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.</span></li><li><span>Support international launches by coordinating and executing launch activities and maintaining brand identity consistency.</span></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Preferred Skills & Competencies:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Project management, communication, and collaboration skills with a track record of timely project completion.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Experience in Saudi healthcare sector is must, with considerable period spent in HCP marketing.</span></li><li><span>Consumer marketing, with understanding of digital marketing is a plus</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Ability to influence without authority.</span></li><li><span>Ability to deliver quality job with attention to details.</span></li><li><span>Strong cross-functional teamwork, with customer focused and growth mindset.</span></li><li><span>Creative approach, regulatory understanding, data analysis capabilities, and ability to prioritize high-impact areas.</span></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Education and Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business field (additional qualification in digital marketing can be a plus).</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated experience in consumer and healthcare marketing; consumer social media is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, regional experience is preferred.</span></li><li><span>Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Travel:</span></b></p><p><span>Periodic travel will be required – this will be to attend meetings in key markets, attend tradeshows/conferences, join sales teams on HCP visits.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid #LI-JW-1</span></p>
