As a perfusionist you will be held responsible for operating “Life Port Kidney Transporter”- A device used for continuous pulsatile perfusion cadaveric kidney while in transport. “CARDIOsmart” is a medical device designed to provide extra corporeal filtration for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). “FLEXIPER” is a stand-alone medical device designed for performing chemo-hyperthermic procedures. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining the device; providing hands-on training to medical professionals; and responding to emergencies.
