The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion and drive of sales activities that include all peer‐to‐peer events and the corresponding agendas, feedback and developing local language promotional materials that ensure the success of these events. They will create and design promotional materials for the business and measure the impact of such activities on the business working with sales leadership. This position will collaborate with Upstream Marketing, Professional Education, Capital Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Customer Service functions and increasingly support events and trade show strategy, execution and KPIs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help transform patient care from the ground up as part of a small energetic team in a dynamic company. The position requires critical and big picture thinking, the ability to take initiatives and lead change, and the ability to ask the right questions to assess the fundamental needs while working effectively with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think creatively, manage multiple projects and can work at a fast pace.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
