In the process, the role interacts with key stake holders internally (Sales force, Trade, Medical, Regulatory, administration, legal and area region) and externally (agencies, vendors) for approval and development.</p></li><li><p>Material coordination at Veeva and CAM</p></li><li><p>Sampling: support for medical and pharmaceutical sampling; assignment and monthly consumption control for sales reps; internal sampling support; and specific consumer sampling projects.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate brand budget control process through generating the PO, publish real spending in control file to review accuracy vs business budget.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><br /><b>Minimum Education &amp; Qualifications </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business (ADE) or related careers.</p></li><li><p>Master in Business/pharma.</p></li><li><p>Tools: Excel, Power BI, Canva.</p></li><li><p>Strong oral and written communications: Spanish &amp; English C1.</p></li><li><p>Creative &amp; analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Clear communication and active listening</p></li><li><p>Influence skills Planning</p></li><li><p> Full time Availability.</p></li><li><p>For our internship positions is mandatory to sign an university/school Agreement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Come join our team.
