Description
We are seeking a Marketing Events Sr. Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact marketing events that support Focal One’s commercial and brand objectives. This role will spearhead our tradeshow and event presence across major medical conferences in Urology and Gynecology, as well as regional and internal events. The Marketing Events Sr. Manager will manage a portfolio of national and regional trade shows, congresses, customer workshops, and internal meetings, ensuring flawless execution, regulatory compliance, budget discipline, and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced navigating the regulatory, clinical, and stakeholder dynamics unique to medical technology marketing.
Requirements
5+ years of experience planning and managing marketing events, preferably in MedTech, medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare. Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, changing timelines, and aggressive deadlines. Strong budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong networking ability.
